Not sure about some of the scheduling details? No problem!
Just fill out the scheduling form to the best of your ability, and we can adjust as needed leading up to the event.
After submitting the form, you will be routed to the next steps for the event, including how to complete the $ scheduling payment. As a reminder, this payment covers up to your first two teams. If your event ends up having more than two teams, then we will send you a payment link for the remaining balance ($/team for each team beyond the first two) after the event, based on the total number of teams that play. We strongly recommend playing with 5 people per team for the best experience, but teams can also consist of 4 players for a more competitive feel and up to 6 players for cost savings. As a student leader in an event-planning role at the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, I was forced to completely revamp my programming and shift to a mostly virtual environment during the 2020-21 academic year due to COVID-19. I added the Virtual Escape Room to our series of yearlong competitions among students, which provided a fun, challenging, and much-needed distraction and means of social interaction for my classmates. Paul and his team were great to work with and took the time to answer my questions and address our event’s unique needs. Since our 'Friend Flight Fiasco' event, I’ve had multiple students and faculty members reach out to me expressing interest in using the Virtual Escape Room for their own club and family events. -Alex
